2. Eligibility Criteria
- This Offer is available to Australian homeowners who are eligible for both SolarGalaxy’s solar installation services and the partner refinancing consultation.
- The Offer is only valid for customers who complete a free energy analysis first, sign up with SolarGalaxy, and then participate in a partner consultation.
- Homeowners must reside in areas where SolarGalaxy operates and be able to accommodate a solar installation.
3. Savings Calculation

- The energy analysis is based on data provided by the customer, and SolarGalaxy is not responsible for inaccuracies in savings projections arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Free Partner Consultation
- SolarGalaxy’s lending partner will conduct a consultation to discuss refinancing options for eligible customers. This consultation does not guarantee approval of loans or refinancing terms and is subject to the partner's lending criteria.
- Any refinancing solutions or home loan products are provided solely by SolarGalaxy's third-party lending partner and are subject to their own terms and conditions. SolarGalaxy is not responsible for any outcomes, terms, or conditions arising from agreements between the customer and the lending partner.
6. No Upfront Costs
- For eligible customers, there may be $0 upfront installation fees for solar systems under specific financing options or promotional terms.
- Any ongoing payments, interest rates, or refinancing fees related to home loan refinancing or other financial products are determined by the lending partner, and SolarGalaxy bears no responsibility for these costs.
